As the name states, this short article is about the
recent bouts of food poisoning from pre-shredded lettuce and the like. The FDA has been periodically updating us on the situation, but I decided to just finish this because
it doesn't seem like there's much more to be said. If I'm wrong, I'll make a blog post about it.
It's a barebones introduction to scam call centers.
I wrote it a few years ago because of a boom in new government-related scams coming from them. It's the first in a series of articles I'm writing about scams.
